Chris Motley is the Founder & CEO of Mentor Spaces, a mentorship technology platform designed to facilitate skills-based mentorship opportunities. This platform assists companies in engaging employees and helps underrepresented students secure internships and jobs. Mentor Spaces boasts a clientele that includes companies such as T-Mobile, American Family Insurance, and UBS, along with national nonprofits such as INROADS and the National Society of Black Engineers.

Before establishing Mentor Spaces, Chris was an Executive Vice President at 1888 Mills, a global textile manufacturer. In this role, he led the company's expansion into Ghana, Africa, and was instrumental in building its Apparel Division. Chris began his professional journey at Goldman Sachs, where he worked as a trader dealing with Commodities and Interest Rate Products.

Chris holds a B.A. in History from Columbia University and an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Kellogg School of Management.

(MSI), overseeing HR for the 17th largest importer in the USA and a leading supplier of flooring, countertops, and hard surfaces in North America. With 15+ years of experience in Sales, Distribution, Supply Chain, and HR management, he aligns HR strategies with business goals across MSI's global presence, including the US, Canada, India, China, Vietnam, and Brazil. A certified DEI professional, Chris is a thought leader and national speaker on AI and HR modernization, building global teams, and future-proofing the workforce. He is passionate about creating inclusive workplaces with a strong focus on culture, engagement, and productivity.

Gloria Chan Packer is an international mental wellness educator, keynote speaker, and experienced corporate leader. Her TED Talk was one of the most viewed talks of 2022, garnering over 2 million views. She is the founder of Recalibrate, a workplace mental wellness provider that takes a uniquely modern, science-backed, and realistic approach to mental wellness learning for client organizations all over the world. Gloria founded Recalibrate after an unexpected medical battle led her to re-examine her relationship with stress, inspiring her to improve mental health education for fellow busy professionals by promoting science over stigma. Gloria has been featured as a guest expert at SXSW, Business Insider, the TED Business podcast, the How to Be a Better Human podcast, and more. Prior to Recalibrate, Gloria led an established career in management consulting as a senior leader specializing in technology strategy and implementation for various Fortune 500 clients in cable, healthcare, financial services, energy, and nonprofit industries.

Jac Rivers serves as Vice President, Program Officer at JPMorganChase (JPMC). Jac leads the firm’s strategic philanthropic grantmaking in Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Southern New Jersey.

Utilizing her career experience in law, public policy and government administration, Jac mobilizes innovative approaches to racial equity and wealth creation for Black and Latino communities.  In her current role, she is responsible for the development, execution, and administration of the firm’s grantmaking programs and activities designed to drive economic inclusion by providing more opportunities for homeownership, access to affordable housing, entrepreneurship and bolstering financial health.

Jude Higdon, Ed.D. (any pronouns) serves as the COO for the QSIDE Institute. In this role, Jude develops programs and partners with CBOs to use quantitative methods to eradicate oppression, marginalization, and injustice. Jude holds an Ed.D. in Educational Psychology from the University of Southern California, an Ed.M. in Technology in Education from the Harvard University Graduate School of Education, and a B.S. in African Politics from Northwestern University. Jude is an avid yogi, horror movie enthusiast, and news junkie. S/he speaks passable Swahili, Spanish, and French, and slays at karaoke.
