Dr. Sheila Robinson is a celebrated publisher, author on leadership, inspiring speaker and talent innovation specialist. An expert in diversity and inclusion Dr. Robinson helps leading companies transform their culture to reach gender parity, equity and belonging by combining her first-hand experience climbing the corporate ladder with the highest academic degrees, best practices from her leading magazines, and a deep passion for evidence-based workplace learnings. 

During her 14-year career at a Fortune 100 company, Dr. Robinson rose from working on the factory floor to the executive office, ultimately directing communications for a $6 billion division of a global chemical company. Her experiences, including the obstacles she faced as an African-American businesswoman in the South, led her to want to help other business leaders achieve leadership success in their career journey. Dr. Robinson is the author of two books: Lead by Example: An Insider’s Look at How to Successfully Lead in Corporate America and Entrepreneurship (2014) and Your Tool Kit for Success: The Professional Woman’s Guide for Advancing to the C-Suite (2017)

In 2017 she became a Certified Executive Coach and member of the International Coach Federation, the world’s largest community of professionally trained coaches and is an advisor to CEO’s and CHRO’s. 

Dr. Robinson earned both a Masters of Education and a Doctorate of Education from the University of Pennsylvania. 

Brian J. Fitzpatrick, SHRM-SCP, founded Seriema Consulting, an advisory firm helping institutions achieve organizational transformation through change management, people analyics, and strategic planning. He consults with C-suite executives in aligning talent management objectives and processes to business outcomes. Specific to the work of inclusion, Brian designed and launched a DE&I function encompassing ERGs, mentorship, and community outreach. He has also worked internationally in business development and internal consulting roles.

Brian earned his BA from New York University and his MBA from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. He resides in St Petersburg, Florida, where he serves as VP of Membership for SHRM’s affiliate chapter in Pinellas Count, SuncoastHR.

Tamiko L. Stanley is an expert within the space of Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) and serves as the Chief People Culture and Strategy Officer at  Elite Executive Strategies.  Mrs. Stanley has supported several organizations in developing DEI strategy that has positively transformed workforce culture and perpetuated success in the journey towards excellence.  Mrs. Stanley has a career of accomplishment working in various industries including Sports Banking, and Government.  With work recognized around the globe, she has been featured in CIO Views Executive Magazine and has been  awarded various honors including  Top 100 Diversity Officers, Top 25 Women of the Millennium award, and the YWCA’s Racial Justice Award. David is Senior Vice President of the Workplace division in North America at Texthelp and is dedicated to Texthelp’s mission to help create a more inclusive working world for everyone. Diagnosed with dyslexia at a young age, David has effectively leveraged his academic life and career to bring awareness to the unique contributions individuals with diverse learning differences can make. Prior to Texthelp, David held leadership roles at renowned organizations such as IBM, Duke Corporate Education, Pearson, Dell, HP, Medidata, Twitter, and most recently Conde Nast.

Darrell is a distinguished labor and employment attorney known for his expertise in compliance with national and local labor laws, management best practices, and adapting to legal changes driven by technology and remote work. He provides specialized training to management teams on critical topics, including employee performance, internal investigations, leave laws, and sexual harassment.

With a broad industry focus including healthcare, hospitality, media, and higher education, Darrell excels in business compliance, investigations, labor relations, and trade secrets. His extensive career includes leadership roles at major law firms, serving as a Commissioner with the New York State Civil Service Commission, and working with the National Labor Relations Board.

Darrell’s education includes a J.D. from Columbia Law School, where he was a Charles Evans Hughes Fellow and served as Writing and Research Editor for the Human Rights Review. He also holds a B.A. from Fordham University.
