Samira is passionate about leading and evolving impactful diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives. She has 25 years of experience in DEI, economic policy, international economic development, and community development. She joined the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) in 2018 as a Senior Policy Analyst in the Economics Department. In 2020 she was promoted to Vice President for DEI. Before joining CUNA, she worked for Forward Community Investments, a CDFI focused on advancing racial equity in the state of Wisconsin. Earlier, Samira worked at the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) in Washington, D.C., as their Senior Trade Analyst for Labor. Before that, she had an eight-year tenure at Washington-based DAI as an international economic development specialist. Samira currently serves on the Summit Credit Union Board of Directors, which works to advance equity in money for women. Samira was awarded the Credit Union Times Luminaries Award for DEI. Samira earned her Ph.D. in Political Economy and Public Policy and her M.A. in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Myranda Whitesides is a Human Capital Analyst and Professional Development Coach for the Department of Interior’s Shared Services Center, the Interior Business Center (IBC). She provides training and coaching in Crucial Conversations, Gallup Strengths, Taking Flight with DISC, and Speed of Trust, in addition to running IBC’s Mentoring and Job Shadowing programs. Outside of her day job, she volunteers for Mile High SHRM as their Certification Manager. She also teaches a high-intensity dance fitness class called Reb3l Groove, which allows her to literally shake off the day! Lastly, she enjoys playing acoustic guitar and singing at local breweries around Denver.

Madison Marsh, 2nd Lieutenant in the Air Force, made history as the first active-duty officer to hold a Miss America state title, crowned Miss Colorado 2023 after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy with a physics degree. She founded the Whitney Marsh Foundation where she serves as CEO, in honor of her mother, to raise funds for pancreatic cancer research. Madison holds achievements in aviation and martial arts, embodying the values of service and excellence in her diverse pursuits.

Buffy Olson is a 200-hour yoga instructor and holds certifications in Hatha, Meditation, Chair, and Gentle yoga. She opened a Sole proprietorship in January of 2021 and has guided weekly private/group yoga sessions. Buffy is a certified kickboxing instructor through 9round Cardio Kickboxing studios and is a certified nutrition coach through NASM.
Buffy Olson holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in development psychology and Mental and Public Health with an emphasis in Administration she earned living in Montana where she worked for several years. Buffy’s goals include earning her 500–hour yoga license and expanding into holistic health.

Ally Love is founder & CEO of Love Squad, Renowned Peloton Instructor, Today Show On-Air Contributor, Host of Netflix’s Dance 100, and Former NBA Host. Ally has co-hosted the third hour of the Today Show, and continues to make weekly appearances. She has been a correspondent at the US Open in Flushing Meadows, a host for the inaugural Jopwell Talks featuring Gayle King, a host for WE Day Official for the United Nations, as well as moderated Chicago Ideas Week. Love hosted for the Brooklyn Nets for 11 seasons and emceed for the NBA All-Star weekend in New York and the NBA draft as well as many more prestigious and exciting events. Ally has also landed numerous national ad campaigns for brands including BodyArmor, Verizon, and more.
