Michelle Clare, MA, was named founding Vice Provost for Continuing Education and Dean of UC's newly formed College of Cooperative Education and Professional Studies in May of 2023.

As a senior member of the Provost's team, Michelle  provides vision and leadership for the advancement of CCPS, most notably with co-op.

Throughout her 15-year career with CCPS, Michelle has served in both faculty and administrative leadership capacities and was instrumental in expanding CCPS's academic mission, including career education, to meet the evolving needs of our students and university.

Michelle is a respected leader in the field of Cooperative Education and Experiential Learning, serving on the boards of state and national co-op associations and as an invited speaker at national and international conferences including the U.S. News Workforce of Tomorrow Conference in Washington D.C.  Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from Northern Kentucky University and a master’s degree in communication from UC.

Greg is the founder and Senior Managing Director of DeMille Capital Management. DeMille is a private equity fund that specializes in the sponsorship and staffing of investments in special situation opportunities.

Previously, Greg was a General Partner at Oak Investment Management ($9+BB under management), where he focused on investments broadly spanning the semiconductor, telecom, and wireless sectors. Prior to Oak, Greg was the Senior Managing Director at GJR Capital, where he led deal origination and actively invested in situations where operational, governance, or financial change was required.

Greg holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from the University of Santa Clara.
