Audrey leads human resources at Maritz Motivation, a behavior insights company with customer loyalty, employee engagement, and sales/channel incentive programs that enable people to establish and extend themselves through their companies, careers or favorite brands. In her role, Audrey ensures human resources is data-driven and a value-add function by effectuating a business strategy and culture that empowers the company’s 1,000 employees as the greatest competitive advantage for business success.
As the Vice President of Human Resources, Audrey sets strategy on performance management, employee relations, legal compliance, change management, compensation, professional and leadership development, recognition, and employee engagement for the company. Audrey is also responsible for driving cost effective business staffing strategies and managing staffing and onboarding for all labor types.
Audrey has a Master’s degree in Interpersonal Communication from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication with a minor in Social Psychology from the University of Iowa. She holds the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and the Certified Professional title from the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM-CP).

Tabitha Jenkins is Chief of Staff to Chair Dhillon at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. Before joining Chair Dhillon, Tabitha was Vice President – Assistant General Counsel for Burlington Stores Inc. located in Burlington, New Jersey. During her tenure she oversaw the Labor & Employment, Litigation and Regulatory Compliance groups. Tabitha joined Burlington in August 2011 after working in various legal positions at Macy’s, last as Senior Counsel in the Operations Group where she served as the practice area facilitator for Macy’s Loss Prevention groups. More years than she wishes to recount, Tabitha began her legal career at The May Department Stores Company in St. Louis, Missouri. Tabitha received her B.A. from Middlebury College and her J.D. from Washington University School of Law.

Marissa is passionate about leading with authenticity and helping people and organizations unleash human potential to lift personal and overall company performance. She has been the key catalyst in transforming cultures and driving performance at a multitude of consumer brands, most recently as the first chief people officer at Chipotle Mexican Grill. As the former chief diversity, inclusion, and people officer, Marissa activated a culture strategy that was co-created with the workforce - including the launch of a debt-free college degree and education program and access to mental healthcare.
Prior to Chipotle, Marissa led human resources at Kate Spade & Company and partner resources at Starbucks Coffee Company. Earlier, she served as senior vice president and head of human resources at GameStop Corporation and at Red Bull North America. She is currently serving as an independent board director at Krispy Kreme, Inc. where she is also the chair of the Remuneration and Nomination Committee. Marissa also serves as a board member on a $150 M diversity fund and advisor to GUILD, Sholder, With U Forever and Boomerang, companies committed to the creating opportunity and well-being for employees.
Marissa advises CEOs and their teams on creating high-performance and inclusive cultures as well as developing diverse go-to-market product and service strategies. Marissa hosts live weekly conversations with leaders from various industries on how
they are creating cultures where people can thrive and what advice they can share to lead through transformation on her CultureCast with Marissa podcast. Marissa holds an M.B.A. from Pepperdine University and an undergraduate degree from California State Polytechnic University at Pomona. Stephen Tausend serves as Legislative Director for Senator John Cornyn (R-TX). He manages all policy operations for the Senator including his roles as Chairman of the Judiciary Subcommittee on Border Security and Immigration, Finance Subcommittee on International Trade, and the Senate Caucus on International Narcotics Control. Stephen previously served as Senior Counsel to Senator Cornyn on the Senate Judiciary Committee, where he advised the Senator on immigration, border security, and criminal justice. He is a graduate of the University of Texas School of Law (J.D.) and East Carolina University (B.A.), where he served as a team captain of the Track and Cross Country teams.

Jonathan is a partner at Duane Morris LLP in its Employment Group. Jonathan also is the managing principal of the Duane Morris Institute, which provides business-focused training on myriad employment issues.
Jonathan has trained federal judges across the country on employment issues for more than 20 years. Most recently, Jonathan provided formal training at a Judicial Conference to federal circuit and district judges on the new provisions in the Judicial Code of Conduct as they relate to discrimination, harassment, retaliation, reporting and abusive conduct.
Jonathan has been cited as a national authority on employment issues in articles in SHRM, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, The Harvard Business Review, USAToday, Bloomberg, Forbes, Associated Press, Reuters, Business Week, CNN, Money, SHRM, The Philadelphia Inquirer, and The Philadelphia Business Journal, among many other publications.
On behalf of SHRM, Jonathan has testified before the EEOC as well as the Congressional Caucus for Women’s Issues
Jonathan was appointed by the EEOC to its Select Task Force on Harassment.
Jonathan was a member of SHRM’s Compensation Equity Committee.
Jonathan has published more than 400 articles on third party platforms, including for SHRM, Bloomberg, Fortune and Entrepreneur.
