Theresa Hummel-Krallinger is an Emmy Award-winning comedian, a well-respected senior training professional and performance consultant.  She is a frequently requested speaker on topics of leadership, career management, organizational culture and workplace communications. 

Theresa is a past president of the Greater Philadelphia Chapter of the Association for Talent Development and is the past president for a local Toastmasters club.  For 17 years she served on the non-credit faculty at Temple University.  She has been a featured speaker at numerous regional and international conferences.  She won an Emmy in 2019 for her work on the PBS talk show, “Counter Culture.”

Julia has been liaising with Government and Business on Brexit and has given expert evidence at the European Parliament. Julia has represented business at the Prime Minister’s immigration stock take meeting and acted as an advisor to the Home Office on business, investment and growth. Julia is a member of the Mayor of London’s Brexit Advisory Group and was recently appointed to the Society for Human Resource Management’s Immigration Specialty Panel and to the board of the London Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

James J. McDonald, Jr. is a partner in the Irvine, California and Tampa, Florida offices of Fisher & Phillips LLP, where he is a litigator, trial lawyer and strategic advisor to employers regarding labor and employment law matters.  He is author of the SHRM-published book, California Employment Law: An Employer’s Guide, and he is a frequent speaker on employment law issues.  He is a cum laude law graduate of Georgetown University and a member of the California and Florida Bars, and he holds the SHRM-SCP certification.
