Kim joined WW as Chief People Officer in April 2019 to lead WW's global strategy in all areas that impact the company's workforce. She oversees all aspects of the company's human capital plan, with strong emphasis on talent, leadership, diversity and organizational effectiveness.

Prior to joining WW, Kim spent a decade at American Express, most recently  as Senior Vice President of Human  Resources,  where she developed and delivered impactful human capital strategies. Prior to American Express, Kim held successively progressive roles at Home Depot and General Electric.

Kim currently serves on the Board of Directors of RHR International, a global consulting firm whose mission is to unlock potential in leaders.

Kelly Reeves is Vice President, Global Training Services for Mandel. She is responsible for developing Mandel’s global team of coaches and trainers, as well as working with clients to certify their own internal trainers.

As a Communications Coach, Kelly uses her practical business background, humor, and empathy to create a safe and productive learning environment.

With many years of experience in sales, sales management, channel management, and corporate training, Kelly brings a wealth of business communication experience to her Mandel clients. 

Kelly considers Houston as “home” but currently lives in Ensenada, Mexico with her husband and two golden retrievers.
