Deb Keller is President & Chief Compliance Officer of Victig Background Checks, a nationally accredited background screening firm. She’s a national authority on background screening, regulatory compliance, the FCRA, the use of criminal records in employment and the EEOC Guidance.

She’s spoken at six Annual SHRM Conferences, recently completing consecutive sessions at SHRM21, SHRM22 and now SHRM23 as well as 35+ State SHRM and Employment Law Conferences.  

Deb has been quoted in SHRM magazine and the 2020 Complete Guide to Human Resources & the Law. Deb holds the PBSA Advanced Certification, designating advanced expertise in the FCRA and background screening.

Javier is a co-founder of The House of Purpose, an HR consultancy providing training and support for DEI and workplace mental health.

Fueled by his passion for helping people develop their emotional skills at work, Javier is positioned at the intersection of business and mental health; with rich international            experience as a corporate executive, entrepreneur, executive coach, speaker, and psychotherapist.

As a member of two diverse populations (LatinX & LGBTQ), Javier has inspired hundreds of professionals from diverse roles and backgrounds around the world. He is an engaging speaker that helps audiences understand the potential of putting our emotions to work.

My passion is to help create healthy and safe workplaces.  I specialize in design and implementation of innovative solutions across the entire spectrum of occupational and non-occupational health for large employers.  In my current role I oversee workforce health programs for UPMC’s 90,000 employees and their family members. My responsibilities include healthcare plan design, disability and absence management, workers’ compensation, return-to-work programs, EAP, FMLA/ADAAA compliance, clinical case management, wellness/health promotion, onsite clinics, telehealth, integration with safety and advanced data analytics.

My prior work experience includes executive roles for General Electric, Qwest Communications, Pacific Gas and Electric Company and the State of Georgia as well as a national health and disability consultant serving employers across the country. Just prior to UPMC, I was the Chief Operating Officer/Chief Innovation Officer for WorkCare.  

I have a BA in Psychology from the University of Virginia and an MS from Virginia Commonwealth University in Rehabilitation Counseling. I’m a Certified Disability Management Specialist and was honored to be awarded the 2014 Integrated Benefits Institute, Health and Business Performance Award for innovative value-based health plan design.

As Associate Vice President of Integrated Analytics at WorkPartners, Ms. Wheeler is responsible for leading a highly skilled analytic team in producing meaningful advanced integrated analyses with information to drive business decisions. She has over 18 years of health and productivity data science experience with a focus on commercial insured populations and making the connection between human and business performance. Her expertise is with the integration of medical, pharmacy, lifestyle behavior, disability, and human capital data to help employers develop a strategy to optimize health and productivity outcomes.

Leading at the intersection of diversity, inclusion, and workplace culture, in her role as Executive Advisor and Diversity Strategist of Rework Work, Stacey Gordon coaches and counsels executive leaders on DEI strategies for the business. She has worked with people managers and executive leaders from companies such as American Express, ADP, Kia Motors, Hewlett Packard, Walmart, GE and many others to deliver education, coaching and consulting sessions that support their D&I efforts.

As a globally recognized keynote speaker, leadership consultant and DEI strategist, Stacey has provided subject matter expertise to Harvard Business Review, SHRM, Fast Company, Skillsoft, Forbes, NPR Radio, BBC Radio, and the Association for Talent Development.

Stacey’s book, UNBIAS: Addressing Unconscious Bias at Work debuted at #1 on Amazon’s Hot New Release list, her unconscious bias course on the LinkedIn learning platform was the #1 most watched course of 2021 and has been translated into at least six languages. Jeremy York, SHRM-SCP, SPHR is the Lead Consultant and President of InvigorateHR and coauthor of the “JoyPowered Organization.” He has over 20 years' experience in human resource strategy and business operations where he has worked with and advised all levels of management on critical business and people-related issues. Jeremy's expertise in defining and understanding the "big picture" enables him to translate business needs into tangible solutions. With his guidance, organizations have improved employee relations, increased performance, and developed cultures based on mutual trust and respect. Jeremy holds a master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University and a bachelor’s degree in organizational leadership from Purdue University. He has served as an adjunct faculty member for Purdue University Indianapolis for over 15 years teaching various leadership and human resources curriculums. Jeremy is a national speaker and currently serves as an advisor on the Society for Human Resource Management’s Diversity Taskforce.

Esther Jackson is based in Michigan as CEO of Lynnjac Consulting along with being a national speaker, instructor in higher education and author. Her speaking presentations include topics such as DEI, emotional intelligence, HR, leadership, and project management. One additional topic that is near and dear to her is adaptability which is also the subject of her first book published by ATD--Adaptability in Talent Development. She holds an AQ Foundations Certification for adaptability along with a Certified Diversity Executive credential near completion. The desire to help empower others keeps her driven to share her gifts and impact the masses.

Vanessa Kelly strategizes with employers to minimize their legal risks and optimize the employee experience, to help companies focus on their business. Clients partner with Vanessa when looking to create and foster respectful workplaces that comply with national and state employment standards. Vanessa counsels her management clients about their employee relations concerns. She also creates employment and other transactional agreements to meet her client’s goals.

JoDee is the Founder of Purple Ink, a human resources consulting firm in Indianapolis, IN. They serve a wide array of organizations with recruiting, HR consulting, leadership training, and HR outsourcing services.

JoDee serves on the Indiana SHRM State Council and is the chair of the Indiana SHRM conference.
