Matt is the Director of Talent Acquisition at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta – one of the nation’s leading pediatric healthcare systems and consistently ranked as one of the “100 Best Companies to Work For” by Fortune magazine. With the support of a strong team, Matt is working to evolve and optimize the recruitment platform at Children’s.

Prior to working at Children's, Matt helped reshape talent acquisition at Ericsson, the world's leading provider of communications technology and services, operating in 180 countries and employing more than 100,000 people. In his five years with Ericsson, Matt lived in both Australia and Singapore. He drove innovation in the employer branding, sourcing and recruitment strategy for Ericsson regionally and globally.

He has past experience as a senior strategy consultant with a U.S. recruitment communications firm, helping leading organizations implement innovative employer branding and digital strategies to attract top talent. Matt is a graduate of The Florida State University in the USA. He is an author and featured industry speaker on best practices in Talent Management at international HR events.

Marcia Scheiner is the President and Founder of Integrate Autism Employment Advisors Inc (Integrate), formerly Asperger Syndrome Training & Employment Partnership. Integrate works with organizations to help them identify, recruit and retain qualified professionals on the autism spectrum.  Prior to Integrate, Ms. Scheiner spent twenty-five years in the financial services industry in various senior management positions at Zurich Financial Services, Chase Manhattan Bank and Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce.  Ms. Scheiner is a graduate of Wellesley College and has an MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business.  She is the parent of a young adult son with Asperger Syndrome.

Aman Brar has an extensive background leading technology companies through periods of high growth and has also held key corporate strategy and finance roles at Fortune 500 companies. Recognizing the need for increased productivity in recruiting, Aman launched Canvas, the first text-based interviewing platform. Companies have used Canvas to screen and engage tens of thousands of candidates across a variety of industries and for positions ranging from machinists and welders to software engineers, sales professionals, physical therapists, nurses, pilots, and more. Jeremy Eskenazi, SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CMC is Managing Principal of Riviera Advisors, Inc., a global Human Resources management consulting and training firm that helps organizations improve, enhance and optimize their internal talent acquisition and recruiting capabilities.

Prior to founding Riviera Advisors in 2001, Jeremy spent almost 20 years leading talent acquisition and recruiting teams at Universal Studios, Amazon.com, and Idealab. A regular SHRM speaker and a member of the SHRM Talent Acquisition Special Expertise Panel, Jeremy is also proud professional member of the National Speakers Association (NSA) and the Institute of Management Consultants-USA.

Jeremy is the author of the books, “RecruitCONSULT! Leadership – The Corporate Talent Acquisition Leader’s Field Book”, and “The High-Performance Talent Acquisition Advantage”.

Steve Donahue is one of the world’s leading authorities on business applications of Narrative Intelligence. Kelly Marinelli, J.D., SHRM-SCP, SPHR is the founder of and Principal People Strategy Consultant at Solve HR, Inc. in Boulder, Colorado. With over twenty years of success in business leadership, legal practice and HR consulting, she has extensive experience working in multiple industries and organization types, from Fortune 500 companies to startups. Kelly has been licensed to practice law in the state of Colorado since 1995, and specializes in aligning HR with business strategy and handling complex legal and regulatory requirements. She writes about these issues and others on The Solve HR Blog, and is an active SHRM volunteer leader.

Danielle Monaghan leads the talent acquisition team for Amazon’s Consumer Division. She has 20+ years of TA experience living and working on three continents (Asia, Africa and the Americas, specifically North America).  Prior experience includes leading the HR function for Cisco for North Asia (Greater China, Japan and Korea), Cisco Technical Services in San Jose, CA and the HR and TA functions for Microsoft R&D in Greater China and Taiwan, as well as leading various TA functions, including executive recruiting for Microsoft in Redmond, WA.  In her role as Sr. Director of Global Staffing and Diversity for Microsoft’s Entertainment and Devices division, she also oversaw hiring for the U.S., Canada, UK, China and France.

She holds an MBA from the Jack Welch Management institute and a BA in Information technology.  She also holds a certificate in Strategic Human Resources from the School of ILR at Cornell University.

Danielle enjoys travel, good wine and food, sailing, reading, music and squash.  She hopes to be good at one of her hobbies some day.

Michael Cox is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Boeing Defense, Space & Security and also serves as the Global Head of Executive Talent for The Boeing Company.

As CHRO he is responsible for the successful execution of human resources initiatives that drive peak business performance across BDS, while creating and sustaining a premier work environment for employees. He also provides direction on employee and organizational policies, strategies and processes throughout BDS.

As Global Head of Executive Talent, Michael is responsible for developing and executing a best-in-class executive talent management practices and strategy which includes attraction, assessment, and acquisition along with talent management practices to ensure Boeing has the necessary executive talent and bench strength to further our position as a global industry leader and career destination for top talent.

Michael is passionate about creating a diverse and inclusive workforce that fosters high-performing teams and the achievement of organization’s business objectives.  His career spans several global companies including Comcast, Walmart, eBay, Bank of America, and First Data in various disciplines in the field of Human Resources Management including HR business partnership, talent optimization and  development, compensation, performance management, analytics, culture and inclusion. His career has taken him across the United States and around the globe, including an expat assignment in Sydney, Australia. 

In addition to his role at Boeing, Michael most recently concluded serving on the Board of Directors for Out & Equal, an organization dedicated to ensuring workplace equality for the LGBTQ community for the past six years in a variety of roles including Board Chair, Governance and Search Committee Chair. He has biked from San Francisco to Los Angles three times and has raised over $100,000 in the fight to end the AIDS epidemic.
