Dr. Sean Wall-Carty holds a PhD in Human Resources Management from North Central University. He also earned an MBA in Human Resources Management, a bachelor’s degree in business management, and an associate degree in business all from the University of Phoenix. His prior experience includes graduate level college teaching, leadership seminars, training classes, and consulting. His corporate experience includes a blend of supporting the human resources functions for profit retail businesses, children focused non-profit missions, and local government leadership. During his off-time Dr. Wall-Carty supports his town as Town Councilman, Police Commissioner, and recently served as Deputy Town Supervisor for two years. Additionally, he completed his service as Vice President of his town’s School Board after 6 years and is one of the Commissioners for the County Division of Human Rights. His personal mission is to provide guidance and support in every interaction with optimism and clarity for positive outcomes.

Dan Jolivet is the Workplace Possibilities Practice Consultant at The Standard, where he provides leadership, analysis, and consultative insights into the workplace possibilities service line. He provides specialized focus on behavioral health, stay at work, return to work, ADAAA services, health management integration, and other related employer solutions. He is a clinical psychologist licensed in Georgia and Oregon, and he has worked in behavioral health since 1980. He joined The Standard in 2016 as the Behavioral Health Director.

 

Prior to joining The Standard, Dan worked in managed behavioral health care organizations for 20 years in a variety of management roles and was in clinical practice as a child psychologist until 2003.

She’s been with Standard for 13 years -- seven working in the HR department managing several operational functions and six with the Workplace Possibilities team. In her current role, Brenda helps insurance advisors implement the Workplace Possibilities program with employers and oversees a team of Return-to-Work and ADAAA Consultants. She also holds a Certified Professional in Disability Management certification.
