Sharon Beaudry is a professor at Oregon Tech.  Prior to becoming a full-time professor, she spent over two decades held the position of Director of Human Resources at Colby-Sawyer College in NH and Philharmonic Center for the Arts in FL, and also worked in HR specialist roles in the areas of risk management, benefits and corporate training. Sharon has been teaching since 2008 and her teaching and research interests include business and employment law, human resources, human capital efficiency, compensation and benefit design, data-driven decision-making and gamification. She has presented and co-authored publications on several HR topics including business gamification, employment law, and shared governance.  She also enjoys curriculum design and was the co-creator of the Leadership and HR Certificate programs at her prior institution. She has a B.S. degree from College of New Rochelle, a M.B.A. with a concentration in HR from Northcentral University, a Law degree from Northwestern CA University and is certified as a Senior Human Resources Professional. 

Kathy Crenshaw has a Masters in Education in Learning and Instructional Technology from Arizona State University and has more than 30 years’ experience in talent management, organizational development, leadership development and performance management.
She is certified in multiple leadership models, change management philosophies, and earned her SPHR
and SCP-SHRM. She is co-owner of BelKat Solutions, LLC, and together with her business partner, Linda Maddy, has developed and delivered workshops, tools and strategies for corporate, higher education and government organizations.

Dr. Tony Alessandra has a street-wise, college-smart perspective on business, having been raised in the housing projects of NYC to eventually earning his PhD in marketing from Georgia State University.

Tony is CEO of Assessments24x7.com, a company offering a variety of online assessments, including the widely-used DISC profile. He is the author of 31 books and over 100 audio/video programs and films.
