Gareth Williams is one of Mercer’s senior leaders of Merger & Acquisition consulting services in the US. In this role he provides a broad range of merger, acquisition and divestiture services while specializing in helping clients successfully complete global transactions. He also offers a wealth of experience in the strategic development, design and financing of total rewards programs around the world. He joined Mercer in the UK in 1979 and transferred to South Africa in 1982, New York in 1988 and Chicago in 1996. Prior to taking on his current role as an M&A leader, he held zone, regional and global leadership roles in International Consulting and Total Rewards. Gareth holds an honours degree in pure mathematics and statistics from the University of Wales and a diploma in business administration from the University of Witwatersrand in South Africa. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries in the UK and an Associate of the Society of Actuaries in the US.

Carlos Antonaglia is an Executive Senior Manager of Labor and Social Security Advisory practices from Ernst & Young Brazil and he has over 12 (twelve) years of experience in audit and consulting company. He has extensive experience in labor and social security procedures as well as Human Resources administration, including participation in many due diligence processes in local and multinational companies. Carlos was the Head of Human Resources for Ernst & Young Brazil in 2008 and has experience with chemical, pharmaceutical, food and beverage industries, publishing, health, software, retails, services and banks. Antonaglia is fluent in English and Spanish, has a bachelor in Law, and post graduation in Human Resources area from Getúlio Vargas Foundation - FGV-SP and from Armando Álvares Penteado Foundation – FAAP. Hillary T. Bochniak is a Managing Director of Human Resources at Accenture.  She serves as the Senior HR Business Partner for the Financial Services practice, responsible for driving the overall Human Resources agenda for that $6B global organization.   

Hillary began her career at Accenture as part of the management consulting practice, working with Banking clients.  Since that time, she has amassed more than 15 years of Human Resources experience in a variety of roles including HR Business Partner for the North America Financial Services practice and a leadership role in Accenture’s global implementation of SAP for Human Resources.  In addition, Hillary is the co-lead for corporate citizenship in Accenture’s Chicago metro location and serves on the Central Division Board of Directors for Junior Achievement. 

Hillary is a graduate of the University of North Carolina and the Mason School of Business at the College of William and Mary.  She lives in downtown Chicago with her husband and two young children.

 

Paolo Nagari is the CEO & Founder of InterCultural Group a corporate education consulting firm based in Charlotte NC. His focus is to provide organizations with the cross cultural training, coaching, and consulting programs they need to work and communicate effectively with people from other national cultures. He is the originator of the Intercultural Intelligence® Model and has been using it to successfully deliver solutions for global brands including: Electrolux, Georgetown University, and GE Healthcare. Educated in Italy, France and the United States, Paolo is presently writing a book on his model of Intercultural Intelligence®.

Paula M. Jones is an associate at Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP, where she advises clients on estate planning and administration with a focus on international planning. Her practice encompasses all aspects of U.S. estate and gift taxation, the creation and maintenance of U.S. and foreign trusts, pre-immigration planning for non-resident aliens coming to the United States, expatriation tax planning for residents and citizens leaving the United States, charitable giving overseas and other related matters.

Theresa S. Treat joined the Company in December 2006 as Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to joining the Company, Ms. Treat was Vice President of Human Resources at Cutter & Buck, Inc., and has more than 30 years of experience in human resources, serving at Onvia, Inc., Pointshare, Inc., Nextlink Communications, and Horizon Airlines. She also served as a labor negotiator for employees in the state of Alaska from 1983 to 1990. Ms. Treat currently serves on the Board of Directors of Athletes For Kids, a non-profit organization. Ms. Treat has a Master’s Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations and a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, both from the University of Illinois.

As a leading industry expert and 20+ year pioneer of virtual training and hybrid learning, Cindy Huggett, CPTD, has vast experience helping organizations create engaging learning solutions. She’s the author of several acclaimed books including Virtual Training Tools and Templates: An Action Guide to Live Online Learning, and The Facilitator’s Guide to Immersive, Blended and Hybrid Learning. She partners with organizations on learning strategy and teaches trainers how to effectively facilitate online. She’s also a past member of ATD’s global Board of Directors. Based in Raleigh, NC, Cindy serves clients globally.

Suzanne Garber is the Chief Networking Officer for International SOS, charged with connecting and organizing the hundreds of thousands of resources within the global network of medical, security, and travel related providers, employees and clients. In Garber’s previous role as Chief Operating Officer--Americas, Garber had day-to-day responsibility of operations, sales, and finance and was accountable for the delivery of P&L for the entire region. Prior to joining International SOS, Garber enjoyed a successful career with various operating companies of FedEx, culminating in her role as Managing Director, South America. Garber, a dual US/Italian citizen, is an honors graduate from Rutgers University with a degree in foreign languages and a Master’s degree recipient with honors from the University of Pennsylvania. Reared in Spain, Mexico, Algeria, Egypt, the Dominican Republic and various US states, she is fluent in English, Spanish, and Portuguese and is recognized as an international expert in the area of Duty of Care, international assignments, and risk mitigation within globalization. Her travels have taken her to every continent and over 70 countries.

Lance J. Richards, SHRM-SCP, GPHR, SPHR, HRMP is a work force futurist and global HR strategist.  Most recently, he was vice president of Innovation for Kelly Services. Based in Detroit, Lance is one of SHRM's top rated speakers. He is a frequent speaker and writer on workplace issues, having presented at HR conferences around the globe. He is co-author of the Amazon-published book Gen Now (which is available in the SHRM Bookstore). Lance brings almost 25 years of cross-border expertise, with companies like British Telecom, Verizon, Bell Canada and Kelly Services. He is also a Visiting Professor at the Sasin Business School in Bangkok, where he teaches a graduate course in Global Human Capital.
