Heloisa Machado holds a bachelor degree in business administration from Fundação Getulio Vargas/RJ and an MBA from Coppead/UFRJ. She has been working at TV Globo for 20 years, having also worked at Casa da Moeda - the company that produces Brazilian banknotes, coins and other security products - and Petrobras - an integrated energy company and leader of Brazilian oil industry. Heloisa is an HR Director at TV Globo - the biggest Brazilian broadcast TV network and one of the world’s largest, acting as a Senior Business Partner for most of business areas, providing HR solutions that make strategy achievement possible as so as specific directions to the whole Human Resources Area. She is also responsible for Executives´ Development Competence. In 2007, Heloisa was chosen the Professional of the Year by ABRH-RJ and received the Luiz Carlos Campos People Management Premium.

Mercedes has served the international mobility industry for 15 years consulting on intercultural and performance needs. She also conducted field research on expatriate selection. Currently Mercedes is the Director of Business Development at Cultural Awareness International. She graduated from Princeton and completed an MBA from Tulane. Mercedes is a product of a bicultural family (1/2 Iranian; 1⁄2 Puerto Rican), and has lived and worked in Europe, the Americas, and the Middle East. Mark is the practice leader for IOR’s consulting services in global talent management. He works extensively with business executives and corporate teams on global leadership development and talent management projects.
