A contributor to the Huffington Post and the National Journal, Guy and his work have appeared in Time, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times, Rolling Stone, Fortune, Vanity Fair, Ad Age, The Financial Times, the Times of London, ABC, Univision, NPR, CNBC, CNN Money and PBS. Guy was Chief Consultant and a contributing producer to the WGBH-PBS-BBC documentary Latin Music USA. A three-time National Magazine Awards judge, he is an Edward Albee Fellow and a member of PEN. Dr. Rohini Anand is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo, a leading provider of Quality of Life Services with $20 billion or 13.4 billion euro in annual revenue and nearly 420,000 employees in 80 countries.  In her current role, Dr. Anand is responsible for the strategic direction, implementation and alignment of Sodexo’s integrated global diversity and inclusion initiatives, as well as Sodexo USA’s sustainable development and corporate social responsibility strategies. Today diversity and inclusion and sustainability are drivers of Sodexo’s business growth and progress.  

Previously, Dr. Anand served as Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer for Sodexo USA, where she led the organization’s overall diversity and inclusion strategy. Dr. Anand was responsible for designing and developing the organization’s sustained culture change initiatives and its integration in the overall business growth strategy.    

Under Dr. Anand’s leadership, Sodexo received the prestigious 2012 Catalyst Award and was ranked #1 in 2013 and 2010 and #2 in 2012 and 2011 on the DiversityInc business index of Top Companies for Diversity and Inclusion.  In addition, the National Restaurant Association awarded Sodexo its Faces of Diversity Inspiration Award and Working Mother Media has named Sodexo a Best Company for Hourly Workers for the fourth consecutive year. Today the Sodexo brand is synonymous with diversity leadership. Sodexo’s remarkable culture change, led by diversity and inclusion, was featured as a Harvard Business School case study.  

Widely considered a leading expert on organizational change and diversity and inclusion, Dr. Anand has authored several manuals and has been published in numerous trade journals. Mary-Frances Winters is president and founder of The Winters Group, a 28-year-old organization development and diversity-consulting firm, specializing in research, strategic planning, training, and public speaking with an emphasis in ethnic and multicultural issues.

Prior to founding The Winters Group in 1984, Winters was affirmative action officer and senior market analyst at Eastman Kodak Company, where she worked for 11 years. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester with undergraduate degrees in English and Psychology, and a master’s degree in business administration from the William E. Simon Executive Development Program. She received an honorary doctorate from Roberts Wesleyan College in 1997.

Winters was selected to serve as Rochester Institute of Technology’s College of Continuing Education’s 1994-95 Distinguished Minett Professor where she taught a leadership course titled, 21st Century Leader: Visionary, Inspired, and Spiritually Grounded at the graduate level.

In 2003, she was appointed to the position of vice president of global sales training and global diversity. This position was created as the result of a clearly identified strategic need within Mattel for a stronger focus on sales training and diversity worldwide.

As vice president of global sales training, Meibar is responsible for providing support to regional management’s worldwide sales teams, the global sales council and domestic sales management. In addition to the design and implementation of training programs, she also compiles best practices in sales and global account planning to optimize their use at Mattel. In her role as vice president of global diversity, she developed a global diversity strategy for Mattel and is involved in the deployment of all aspects of this strategy, from building a culture of inclusion and acceptance to creating an internal board of advisors and communication plan.
