Ginni Rometty was the ninth Chairman, President, and Chief Executive Officer of IBM. Under her leadership, the 100-year-old company reinvented 50 percent of its portfolio, built a $25 billion hybrid cloud business, and established leadership in AI and quantum computing. Rometty also drove record results in diversity and inclusion and supported the explosive growth of an innovative high school program to prepare the workforce of the future in over twenty-eight countries. 

Through her work with the Business Roundtable, Rometty helped redefine the purpose of the corporation. She has been named Fortune’s #1 Most Powerful Woman three years in a row, is a member of the National Academy of Engineering, and has been honored with the designation of Officier in the French Légion d’Honneur. Today, Rometty serves on multiple boards and cochairs OneTen, a coalition committed to upskilling, hiring, and promoting one million Black Americans without four-year degrees by 2030 into family-sustaining jobs and careers. She is married to Mark Rometty, and the author of the bestselling book Good Power: Creating Positive Change in Our Lives, Work and World.

Aaron graduated from Syracuse University with a bachelor of science in Social Work and a Master of Science in Criminal Justice from Suffolk University. 

Aaron has been with SHRM since 2018 and is the Senior Specialist, Certification Program Security and Investigations for Certification Program.  Prior to joining SHRM, Aaron spent over a decade in the field of high stakes credentialling. 

Charles is the Manager of Exam Development and Accreditation at SHRM. He is an experienced exam development professional with over eight years in the testing industry developing moderate to high-stakes certification and licensure exams across a number of diverse industries. Inspired to develop valid, reliable, and fair exams, Charles enjoys working with his team of SHRM-certified HR professionals and SHRM’s global network of volunteer participants to create SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP exam test questions. Charles obtained his Master of Science degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore in 2014 and currently resides in Harrisonburg, Virginia.

Priscilla is Managing Partner of Fragomen’s Washington DC office where she has been practicing since 1998. She advises companies on employment-related immigration issues, focusing on strategic immigration planning and regulatory compliance and has extensive experience representing clients in a wide variety of industries with complex matters across all major employment-based temporary and permanent visa categories. She regularly assists clients with internal audits (LCA and I-9) and government investigation. Priscilla frequently presents on immigration topics for SHRM and is a regular contributor of Practice Advisories and webinars for the American Immigration Lawyers Association.

Judith W. Umlas is Sr. Vice President, author and trainer at International Institute for Learning, Inc. (IIL), a global corporate training company. She is the author of the ground-breaking book, The Power of Acknowledgment ©2006, IIL Publishing, which has been credited with changing workplaces and lives using the 7 Principles of Acknowledgment she developed. Judith delivers inspiring, motivational and transformational keynote addresses all over the world and teaches full day virtual and traditional courses to organizations such as Volvo, the U.S. Army, Prudential, JMP Engineering, the World Bank, Fannie Mae, IBM, AT&T, Google, Amway, the New York Police Department and many others. In 2016 she founded the Center for Grateful Leadership.

Ben Isgur has spent more than 25 years guiding US and global health leaders and decision makers with industry intelligence and research-based perspectives. His work informs business leaders on the interdependencies between the health industry, benefit trends and the employee experience.

An author, Ben has written numerous reports, which have been cited by leaders across the health industry. He is frequently interviewed and quoted by journalists from media organizations such as The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The Economist, and Modern Healthcare. Ben also has been a guest on the CNBC Nightly Business Report and NPR’s Marketplace.

Ben is an accomplished speaker, and has given keynote addresses on diverse topics, from the drivers of US medical cost trend to the rise of the healthcare consumer’s voice to the importance of social determinants of health. Ben also has led global health trends research and has presented on the findings in Europe, the Middle East and the Americas.

Prior to joining Fidelity Investments, Ben founded PwC’s Health Research Institute, where he led a team of industry experts, policy analysts and economists dedicated to developing original and independent thought leadership for the firm and its clients. Ben also developed health policy as a legislative director in the Texas House of Representatives and as a government relations officer for the City of Austin.

Ben received a master's degree from the LBJ School of Public Affairs at the University of Texas at Austin where he was a US Department of Defense fellow. Ben is a fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives and serves as a board member for multiple health-related not-for-profits. He lives in Fort Worth, Texas.
