Ifedapo Adeleye is Professor of the Practice of Human Resources Management and Faculty Director for the Master's in HRM program at Georgetown University, Washington DC. 

His expertise spans the HR disciplines of total rewards, global HR, and diversity management. A passionate HR educator, he has designed and delivered HR programs and courses for 5,000+ graduate and professional learners over the last two decades. Dapo is committed to advancing evidence-based HR practice, and frequently contributes to practitioner-oriented publications such as SHRM HR Magazine. He has published 40+ journal articles, book chapters and cases, and served as a research consultant to several businesses and professional associations. As CEO of Peonnacle Solutions, a customer-centric advisory firm, he provides strategic people management solutions to organizations across multiple industries, including financial services, energy, professional services, healthcare, and higher education.

Dr. Adeleye completed his Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from The University of Manchester, UK, and holds the SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification, as well as the SHRM Totals Rewards and Inclusive Workplace Culture specialty credentials. An avid world traveler, he has lived on three continents, and visited over 50 countries.

For the past decade, George has worked with businesses to provide strategic guidance and practical expertise related to employee engagement. He is passionate about working with HR Leaders to achieve their business objectives, particularly in the area of change, engagement, recognition, attraction and retention. George brings a global perspective and has been privileged to partner with hundreds of companies, from global brands such as Discovery Communications, Atos, IBM and Computershare, to regional and local businesses across all industries. He has been successful in helping his clients to think differently and embrace technology to enhance their employee experience.

Matt has over 15 years of experience as a thought leader, HR executive, and is a recovering labor and employment lawyer. Matt graduated with honors from the SMU Dedman School of Law and Colorado College.  He is passionate about all things Maine, and can often be found exploring the ocean, woods, and mountains with his wife and three young children.
