Danielle Moore (Partner, Fisher Phillips) represents and counsels employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including preparation of employment handbooks and personnel policies, management training and lectures on employment issues. Danielle has experience litigating matters in state and federal courts, state administrative tribunals, and arbitration.

Danielle is "AV" Peer Review Rated Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and has been consecutively named one of San Diego’s "Top Attorneys," "Best of the Bar," and one of the "Top 40 under 40 Best and Brightest Minds of San Diego." Danielle was also a 2016 finalist for San Diego Magazine’s “Woman of the Year.”

John Doran has over 25 years of experience counseling and successfully representing employers in all facets of labor and employment law matters. John represents employers in employment, wage/hour class and collective action litigation, as well as employment discrimination, public accommodations discrimination, and wrongful termination litigation. He represents management in traditional labor law, including the defense of unfair labor practices charges, the orchestration of campaigns to prevent workplace unionization, representation proceedings, and arbitrations. John represents employers in restrictive covenant and trade secret matters in state and federal courts. He also regularly counsels clients on prevention strategies, executive employment contracts, downsizing, personnel policies, and merger/acquisition employment issues.

Giovanni is a global expert on Organizational Strategy, Analytics and HR.

A Harvard Business School alum, he serves as Senior Advisor for HR & Organizational Development at Boston Global – a Harvard affiliated consultancy. He is also Senior Advisor for Qlearsite – a People Analytics company and sits on the advisory board of PeopleCart, a Social Rewards & Recognition company.

Giovanni is a passionate writer and speaker on The Future of Work and People Analytics. He is featured in the analytics book “The Power of People”. In his spare time, he and serves as Creative Director for a contemporary fashion label and recently produced an award winning documentary on Women Empowerment.

Dr. Wade Larson is a workforce consultant and human resources executive with 30-years of experience in strategy, leadership enablement, and talent management. His    expertise in HR and leadership helps organizations improve structures, culture, management, and leadership to achieve their goals. As an international speaker, published author, and professor, he strives to help others achieve the best versions of themselves. Wade has worked with hundreds of organizations and thousands of leaders to shift mindsets, innovate programs, and lead change that helps them do more, achieve more, and live their best lives.

Amy Lins is the Sr. Director, Learning and Development, at Money Management International (MMI) where she oversees financial education, employee learning, and the design/development of employee financial wellness programs. Amy holds a Bachelor’s in Curriculum and Instruction from Texas A&M University, an MBA, Finance, from Houston Baptist University, and an Organizational Development Certificate from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. Amy holds Kirkpatrick Bronze Certification in measurement and evaluation. Amy is active in the professional community and is the ATD-Madison Area Chapter Board of Directors Past President. She has presented at three national conferences, ATD-MAC chapter events, and for InSync Training’s BYTE Series.

Greg Stevens is a Lead Researcher and Analytics Manager with Globoforce’s WorkHuman Research Institute. He combines research and analytical expertise to better understand and contribute thought leadership in employee recognition, culture management, work engagement, and employee well-being. He is actively involved in a range of collaborations with client organizations, leading research institutes, and industry/academic experts. He received his Ph.D. in industrial/organizational psychology from Auburn University. He is a member of the Society for Industrial/Organizational Psychology and has been published in peer-reviewed journals, including the Journal of Applied Behavioral Science, Human Resource Development Review, and Journal of Business Ethics, among others.

Lori Goldberg is the Senior Director, Enterprise Talent Management for Cox Enterprises, a leading communications, media and automotive services company with more than 55,000 employees. 

In this role, Lori is responsible for enterprise-wide talent management strategies, processes and programs that support current business needs as well as future growth objectives across the company. Her scope includes employee engagement, cross-divisional career experiences, performance management, competency management, talent review, succession planning, executive assessment and career planning. She serves as a thought leader across the enterprise working with Cox leaders to drive employee engagement and retention to deliver on long-term growth objectives.

Lori joined Cox in 2012 from Boston Consulting Group where she supported the development of the firm’s intellectual property around talent management and leadership.  Prior to that, she was a Senior Consultant at Personnel Decisions International where she consulted with Fortune 500 companies on talent management, leadership development, executive coaching, workforce and succession planning, and executive assessment.

Lori holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Florida, and a master’s degree and Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the Pennsylvania State University.

James is a rare mix of management consultant, change specialist, adventurer and motivational speaker. James helps turn busy and over-worked managers into inspirational leaders.

Alicia Crittendon has spent 17 years in the public and non-profit sectors before joining SHRM as a Manager in the Certification department. In the certification department, Alicia has managed the day-to-day operations of the certification team and is now responsible for leading the certification engagement team. Prior to joining the SHRM team in September 2015, Alicia worked at the U.S. Department of Justice and CFRE International, the credentialing program for professional non-profit fundraisers. Alicia has a Management degree conferred from The School of Management at George Mason University. When she is not focused on building and growing the SHRM-CP and SHRM-SCP designations, Alicia enjoys reading, taking road trips and pinning on Pinterest.
